China the fact that the NRA is even considering backing this treason loving bastard shows just how polluted the NRA has become. I can't blame you for now renewing with them but for my 2cents I think they lost their teeth a long time ago..
ReplyDeleteThe NRA lost me 2 years ago, and renewed my disgust with the trick they pulled on that campaign reform crap a few months back. The bit where they carved a niche for themselves and left everyone else out to dry...

The NRA raises funds using fear and hysteria. That approach soured me to them years ago. There are other organizations.

I've been a member of the NRA for 35 years. A life member for 20 years and a life/endowment member for 15 years. I in fact payed for Mayberry's first years membership.
ReplyDeleteThe NRA use to stand for freedom of gun owners, they have since become as corrupt as the government itself.
When I get their monthly requests for donations I often send them a letter in their SASE saying "Represent me and I'll support you"!
The only flag I fly anymore is the Gadsden!

Northwoods,most of my family are members.I let my membership lapse due to financial problems which are now sorted out,however I will be looking in to other gun rights groups.
