Yep business as usual, you are right China things do not change very much. One big scam is all it is. Govt takes our money, Govt gives money to failing company, then Govt gives it back to the scum that gave it to them. As a business owner myself if I fail I should fail. GM should have gone to the auction block, somewhere some reputable company would have picked them up and cut out the cancer that got them in the position they were in. Life support for a dying company only hurts everyone..
