ReplyDeleteIn my case someone snuck in thru team viewer and changed a lot of settings.Like a dummy I left the preset password. Plus I had went back to my wireless card. Which just didn't have enough speed or power for all my needs it was ok for some things but not blogging!I don't know if that will help your friend,but it solved my issues.

Thanks I'll let folks know. I'm not sure what they are using for an internet conection but I wouldn't be surprised if it is wireless.
