Where the hell are all the ar-15 people 1 vote?

    I have noted a general trend away from the AR15 and .223/5.56 from the "old days" of the 70's and 80's when the civilian AR15 from Colt was "sexy". Many shooters have developed a sour taste for the platform.

    That is certainly NOT for it's accuracy as it is VERY accurate, but rather it's cost vs. value and reliability.

    Inexpensive and reliable SKS and AK rifles along with the more expensive .308 auto-loaders becoming king for desire, the 7.62x54R bolt guns are running a close third for the budget minded.

    Very true,but six months if I said mini-14, 10,000 AR guys would be slammin it and tellin me about merirs of AR's.
