Hell yes. The only reason for the "rallye" was the bogus $8,000 tax "credit" (giveaway) for first time buyers, leaving current homeowners holding the bag. When this current bunch starts defaulting, on top of the looming commercial real estate crash, it's really gonna be SHTF time....
